Uğur Erdem, Mehmet Güneş and Burak Yüceoğlu are cycling from Tower Bridge, London to the Eiffel Tower, Paris — setting off 7 September 2026, 5:00 AM — raising money for Prostate Cancer UK.
Tower to Tower started at Gordos in Dalston. Uğur Erdem and Mehmet Güneş, the owners of Gordos Pizza, are usually found working side by side at the restaurant. Just around the corner is Burak Yüceoğlu, a fellow local trader and familiar face from the neighbourhood.
This September, the three are swapping their everyday routines for two wheels and a much bigger journey — around 210 miles from London to Paris, raising money for Prostate Cancer UK.
